Tomato – salad

Homegrown tomato flavour. That was my main reason to start growing my own tomatoes in the garden. The smell and flavour of homegrown tomatoes is just amazing.

I am making all kind of recipes with them but the first one is always the simplest one, tomato, olive oil and salt. For me the best way to eat a good real tomato.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Tomato

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Needed: Bread

Directions

  • Cut the tomato into slices and place it on a dish.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and add salt.
  • You will need some bread to dip it in the oil at the end. Enjoy it!
