Gilda – Basque pintxo, can’t think of anything better for the weekend that a cold beer with some gildas. Quick, easy and delicious combination of quality ingredients to get an amazing pintxo.
Gildas are the most traditional pintxo/pincho in the Basque country. If you ever visited San Sebastian or Bilbao, I am sure you have enjoyed one or two of them.
Savoury, acid and a little bit spicy. Best combination for a finger food in my opinion.
If you need more finger food ideas to create a nice tapas or pintxos dinner, here some inspiration.
