We had a wonderful evening at roots&cook with Enara in a great and cozy location. Enara took food intolerances into account and adapted all recipes accordingly. There were seven of us in total, a great group and just enough people so everyone had enough to do. The recipes were simple, but we still learned a lot and took away a lot of inspiration. The food and wine were very tasty and Enara was a great host, I can highly recommend the cooking class. Thank you for the unforgettable evening, we would love to come back🧡
Had a really wonderful time, and we did the Winter cooking class. It was a great date night and we got to meet great people and make awesome food together and Enara is just so warm and lovely! I highly recommend this cooking class.
This is a wonderful and delicious experience for anyone who loves food! Enara is a spectacular hostess who took the time to create a delicious seasonal menu for us, and even baked us a cake on special request. The venue is well placed near the city centre and you can park in Grote Markt QPark and walk there very easily. The kitchen is well equipped and everything needed was either prepared for us, or close at hand, including lots of wine! We chose to have a small group for a private party, and it turned out to be fun way to cook and work together. The food that we prepared with her help turned out far above what we could have ever expect from ourselves! Highly recommended if you are looking for a more authentic experience and a focus on in season ingredients!
Amazing experience! I was expecting to discover new recipes…not only did I received new savory recipes but I also gained new cooking skills and had a wondefull time. Enara brings people together around cooking. The unique atmosphere of this workshop, the talent and the personality of Enara makes it exceptional.
