Watermelon Salad

Fresh and quick, nothing better for a hot summer day than a watermelon salad. Tomato and feta salad with the freshness of the watermelon, the perfect combination.

Watermelon Salad

  • 1/2 watermelon

  • 1 tomato, cut into cubes

  • 75 g feta cheese, cut into cubes

  • 10 black olives

  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

  • Baby spinach

  • Dressing: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.


  • Carve the watermelon. Cut a thin slice from bottom of melon so it will sit flat. Scoop out watermelon and cut into cubes. Set the watermelon bowl aside.
  • Get get watermelon bowl and fill in with all the ingredients, watermelon, tomato, onion, feta and olives. Until the bowl is full of salad.
  • Dressing: Place in a small bowl all the ingredients and stir with a spoon to combine.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Serve and enjoy!
