1 kg Melon, peeled and cut into large cubes
2 tablespoon yogurt (or quark, Skyr…)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping: Diced Jamón
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend it until you get an even and creamy texture.
- Pour into a bottle or a sealed container and store in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Serve in 2 bowls and add some diced jamón as topping. Enjoy it!
- Keep in the fridge max 3 days.
