Hake Bites with Lime Yoghurt Sauce

A traditional Basque Pintxo with a twist, Hake bites with lime yoghurt sauce and caramelised onion and paprika.

Sweet and fresh combination to create an amazing appetizer for #pintxoSaturday. Or just us a bigger hake fillet to make a nice dinner dish.

Get a good fresh hake and this bite will melt in your mouth as butter.

Enjoy it and let me know if you try it at home.
