1 avocado, smashed
4 poached eggs
- Spread salmorejo style sauce on a toast.
- Add and spread 1/4 smashed avocado on each slice. Add a bit of salt and pepper.
- Place 1 poached egg over the avocado. Add salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
