`Salmorejo´ sauce or cold Tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1/2 garlic

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend it until you get an even and creamy texture.
  • Keep in the fridge max 4 days.
