Ingredients

  • 260 g purple or red cabbage, finely sliced

  • 1 carrot, finely sliced

  • 1/4 onion, finely sliced

  • 1/4 granny apple, finely sliced

  • Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 5 small pickles, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a jam jar, screw the lid and shake until combined.
  • Place all the vegetables in a bowl and pour the dressing over. Mix and store in the fridge for 2 hours before serving, it will taste better ;).
