Easy slow cooked juicy pulled turkey to make the best tacos. Asian and Mexican version, sweet and spicy.
With this slow cooked pulled turkey recipe nothing can go wrong. Any tacos you make will be amazing. Here my 2 proposals, sweet Asian version with cabbage slaw and spicy Mexican version.
Not a common pintxo for #pintxosaturday but you can make smaller tortillas and still have the fingerfood version.

Slow cooked Pulled Turkey tacos – Asian and Mexican version

14 medium size tortillas
- Mexican version
Guacamole
Pico de gallo
- Asian version – Cabbage slaw
50 g slided cabbage
1/2 apple, sliced
1/2 carrot, sliced
1/4 red onion, sliced
2 TBS soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Directions
- Cabbage slaw
- In a medium-size bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
- Asian tacos
- Warm tortillas in a pan.
Fill tortillas with 1/2 tablespoon cabbage slaw and 1 tablespoon pulled turkey. - Mexican Tacos
- Warm tortillas in a pan.
Fill tortillas with a 1 tablespoon pulled turkey, 1/2 tablespoon guacamole and 1/2 tablespoon pico de gallo.
Add a little bit of Sriracha or jalapeños if you like it spicy.
