Good quality tomato, piquillo pepper and an amazing bonito, nothing can go wrong.

Bonito, Piquillo and Tomato Salad

2 tomatoes, cut into wedge or cubes
3 piquillo peppers, cut into strips
1/2 red onion, thinly slices
1 boiled egg, cut into slices
Bonito or canned tuna
Olive oil and salt
Directions
- With a plating ring
- Place a plating ring in the centre of a plate.
Add a layer of tomato, gently press down.
A layer of piquillo pepper.
Add a layer of boiled egg.
Again a layer of tomato, onion and piquillo pepper.
Add 2-3 pieces of bonito.
Slowly pull out the plating ring.
Drizzle with olive oil. - Normal plate
- Get a plate or bowl and place: tomato, piquillo, onion and boiled egg. Add salt and olive oil. Place the bonito on top of the salad.
