Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar

Directions

  • In a blender, food processor or immersion blender, blend together all the ingredients until well combined. I used the immersion blender and took me 2 minutes.
    *You can add 1 small garlic to make healthy alioli.
  • If you want a lighter texture, add a little bit of water.

Notes

  • Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
