1 cup chopped rhubarb (200 g)
1/2 cup canned tomato
1/2 onion, chopped
1 garlic, chopped
65 ml apple vinegar
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon tomato pureé
Salt
Pepper
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes or until thickened.
- You can blend it to get a smooth sauce or leave it as it is. Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator up to 1 week or in the freezer up to 6 month.
