I tried multiple times to poach eggs in boiling water with vinegar making a vortex… and even though it seemed easy on a video, it never worked for me.
One day I really wanted to have some brunch toast at home with homemade poached eggs so I tried a different way using plastic wrap.
Using this method and sticking to 4 minutes, the eggs are ALWAYS perfect!
Perfectly cooked from the outside and with a liquid yolk … yummy!
