Joshua is all about getting the most out of each season, inspiring us to eat seasonal produce, and all that with flavourful recipes. Could ask more of a cookbook.
For sure a great gift for foodies that love cooking.
2. Dessert person by Claire Saffitz
THE BAKING COOKBOOK. Traditional and long recipes that are 100& worth it baking.

Real traditional Asian recipes, no quick stir-fried chicken with noodles kind of things.
You need to be into Asian cuisine, otherwise you will need to buy lots of ingredients.
