Real traditional Asian recipes, no quick stir-fried chicken with noodles kind of things.
You need to be into Asian cuisine, otherwise you will need to buy lots of ingredients.
Nice essential ingredient list and explanation at the beginning to create a nice asian ingredient pantry.

Ingredients: If you are not into Asian cuisine, you will need to buy lots of ingredients. There is a nice chapter at the beginning with a great explanation of each ingredient and some brand names. They are easy to find in an Asian supermarket or if you are in The Netherlands you can buy them online at Tjin’s Toko.
Be aware that if you just want some basic noodle recipes this cookbook is not for you as you will need to buy lots of ingredients.
Savoury and handmade recipes use lots of ingredients.

My own opinion about this CookBook:
I think it is a nice book if you are into Asian cuisine, but not if you are just a beginner.
I love all the extra information: the ingredient pantry and explanation from the beginning, all the science to make noodles, all the photos for the step by steps.
Photography is nice but it could be better.
For sure a nice book to make special dinners: make handmade noodles, make the dough to make gyozas…
