2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
Directions
- In a blender, food processor or immersion blender, blend together all the ingredients until well combined. I used the immersion blender and took me 2 minutes.
*You can add 1 small garlic to make healthy alioli. - If you want a lighter texture, add a little bit of water.

- Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
