260 g purple or red cabbage, finely sliced
1 carrot, finely sliced
1/4 onion, finely sliced
1/4 granny apple, finely sliced
- Dressing
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
5 small pickles, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a jam jar, screw the lid and shake until combined.
- Place all the vegetables in a bowl and pour the dressing over. Mix and store in the fridge for 2 hours before serving, it will taste better ;).
