  • 2-3 blood oranges, peeled

  • Burrata

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Fresh thyme

Directions

  • Slice the blood oranges and arrange them on a platter.
  • Place the burrata on top of the orange sliced.
  • Open the burrata and drizzle with honey and olive oil.
