Burrata
1 tablespoon honey
Olive oil
Salt
Fresh thyme
Directions
- Slice the blood oranges and arrange them on a platter.
- Place the burrata on top of the orange sliced.
- Open the burrata and drizzle with honey and olive oil.
- Sprinkle some flaky salt and fresh thyme. Enjoy it!
