Ingredients

  • 1 kg Melon, peeled and cut into large cubes

  • 2 tablespoon yogurt (or quark, Skyr…)

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Topping: Diced Jamón

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend it until you get an even and creamy texture.
  • Pour into a bottle or a sealed container and store in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  • Serve in 2 bowls and add some diced jamón as topping. Enjoy it!

Notes

  • Keep in the fridge max 3 days.
