Easy to make and using just a couple of dates to make it sweet.
Use strawberries, blackberries… with any of them will be great.

Blueberry and dates jam

250 g frozen blueberries
2 pitted Medjool dates
Directions
- Place frozen blueberries directly in a medium saucepan. Add the dates.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- If you want a smooth jam use a blender to blend it and get a puree. Transfer to a jam and cool before storing in the fridge.
Notes
- Keep in the fridge in a closed container up to a week.
Can I use fresh blueberries?
Yes of course, it will be really good with fresh blueberries 🙂
