Pasta with goat cheese and sun-dried tomato, a simple and delicious combination.
I have to say that I am not a huge pasta lover but I do enjoy a good pasta recipe every now and then. And this combination is delicious.

1 onion, chopped
80 g goat cheese
40 g sun-dried tomato
200 g linguine
1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the onion in olive oil for 8 minutes, until golden.
- Cut the goat cheese into squares and add to the pan. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add to the pan. Reduce the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook the pasta al dente in salted boiling water. Drain pasta when cooked.
- Combine the pasta and the sauce in the saucepan and serve. Add some fresh oregano leave and some freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
