Easy and quick to make yogurt sauce. Ready in 5 minutes and can be stores in the fridge for up to 3 days.

5 tablespoon yogurt or quark
1 tablespoon chopped pickles*
1 small garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2-3 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
- *If you are not a big fan of pickles, just skip them.
