The slow cooker I use is the 3,5 L manual Crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 90 g butter

  • 60 g vegetable oil

  • 90 g sugar

  • 90 g brown sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanila extract

  • 100 g flour

  • 2 tablespoons coffee (expresso)

  • 3 g salt

  • 180 g milk chocolate, cut in chunks

  • 150 g dark chocolate (85%)

  • 20 g cacao powder

Directions

  • Line with parchment paper the slow cooker and preheat on HIGH.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and the butter.
  • In a large bowl combine both sugars and eggs. Whisk for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the oil and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the melted chocolate and butter, mix to combine.
  • Add vanilla, coffee and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the flour and cocoa powder. Mix just until combined, do not over mix.
  • Fold in the milk chocolate chunks.
  • Pour the batter into the slow cooker.
  • Place a clear kitchen towel under the lid and close it.
  • Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes in HIGH.
  • Rest for 30 minutes and ready to enjoy it!
