Super simple slow cooked pulled turkey recipe. A basic pulled turkey recipe that you can use to make amazing Mexican or Asian tacos.

Easy Slow Cooked Pulled Turkey

600 g turkey thigh
- Marinade
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
1 tomato (or 2 TBS tomato sauce)
2 pitted dates
50 ml white wine (or beer)
2 TBS apple vinegar
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tsp spicy paprika powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp oregano
Directions
- Place all the ingredients to make the marinade in a blender and blend until combined.
- Place the turkey thigh on the slow cooker. Rub over the turkey with the marinade. Cover and cook in Low for 6 hours.
- Remove the turkey from the slow cooker and shred the meat.
Mix the meat with the sauce in the slow cooker. - Serve turkey meat on Mexican or Asian style tacos.
