Blue cheese toast with roasted pear and leek chips

Ingredients

  • Blue cheese

  • 8 slices of bread

  • 1/4 leek cuted into thin stripes (lenghwise)

  • 1 pear cuted into slices

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a small pan. When the oil is hot add a small amount of leek stripes, fry for 30 seconds until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel sheet. Fry the rest of the leek. Add salt.
  • Heat a medium-size non-sticky pan, no oil. Add pear slices and cook from both sides until golden.
  • Spread cheese on each bread slice.
    Place the pear on top of the cheese.
    Finish with the crispy leek chips. Serve an enjoy!
