Cooking workshop – Spanish Tapas night

Difficulty level: Easy to Medium
Recipes: 6 different tapas.
Recipes might change depending on the availability of the ingredients, but these are the recipes that we will cook:
· Gildas
· Gambas al ajillo (Shrimps in garlic-wine sauce)
· Spanish potato omelette (tortillas de patatas)
· Chorizo cooked in red wine
· Octopus Galician style
· Gazpacho (cold tomato soup)
Ingredients: In case you need to adjust any of the ingredients due to allergies, please feel free to email me at info@rootsandcook.com
Drinks: Coffee, tea, water, beer and Spanish wine.
Ebook: You will get an Ebook with all the recipes afterwards via email.
Cook and eat: You will cook and eat all the tapas, share dining style.
Dessert: A delicious homemade dessert will be served after dinner.
