Creamy on the inside a little bit burnt on top… classic, with lemon, orange blossom and cardamon, goat cheese…
There are hundreds of variations of the original Basque cheesecake but let’s start from the beginning.
In this workshop I will show you how to cook the original Basque cheesecake.
So you will cook your how cake. You will take that cake home with you including the springform to make more cakes at home 🙂
As the cake takes some time in the oven, while we wait I will have 2 special edition Basque cheesecakes for a taste testing.
Join us for a cosy morning where I will take you to my homeland with cheesecake.
