Lo que hace de este brownie tan especial es la remolacha, aporta mucha jugosidad al bizcocho sin matar el sabor a chocolate. Sin duda una manera fant\u00e1stica de disfrutar de esta verdura en temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La remolacha<\/strong> tiene much\u00edsima fibra, vitamina B9, magnesio, potasio, hierro y vitamina C. Adem\u00e1s, vamos a usar bastante cantidad para hacer el brownie con lo cual es otra manera m\u00e1s de comer verdura sin darte cuenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero tranquilos que esto no quiere decir que perdamos sabor a chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para esta versi\u00f3n he usado una buena mantequilla pero lo puedes hacer con aceite de oliva. La mantequilla le aporta ese sabor l\u00e1cteo tan caracter\u00edstico pero el aceite de oliva le aporta mucha m\u00e1s jugosidad. De modo que depende de lo que prefieras \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si os soy sincera, personalmente me quedo con la versi\u00f3n con aceite de oliva, me encanta el sabor pero sobre todo la textura &#8220;fudgy&#8221; que le aporta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Empecemos!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wpzoom-recipe-card-block-recipe-card Col\u00f3calo en un bol apto para el micro y agrega 1 cucharada de agua. Tapa el bol con film transparente y haz un agujero peque\u00f1o en el film con un cuchillo. Cocina en el microhondas a m\u00e1xima potencia unos 6 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 blandito.<br \/>Repite el proceso con la manzana pero coc\u00ednalo menos tiempo, unos 2-3 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-165\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon el horno a calentar, calor arriba y abajo &#8211; 180\u00b0C. <\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-165156572929891\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca la harina integral, el cacao en polvo y la sal en un bol. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-165156573031396\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las remolachas cocinadas, la manzana, los d\u00e1tiles sin hueso, el extracto de vainilla y la leche en el vaso de la batidora. Bate muy bien durante 1-2 minutos. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1651565730914101\" class=\"direction-step\">Derrite el chocolate y la mantequilla en una cazuela peque\u00f1a a fuego bajo o al micro. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16515659964612110\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca los huevos en un bol grande y bate muy bien con una batidora de varillas hasta que clareen y dupliquen su volumen. Unos 3 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16515660145802119\" class=\"direction-step\">Incorpora el chocolate y la mantequilla al bol con los huevos y bate.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16515660274582364\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega la mezcla que hemos batido al bol con los huevos, chocolate y mantequilla. Bate 1 minuto.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16515660543582657\" class=\"direction-step\">Incorpora los ingredientes secos (harina, cacao en polvo y sal) poco a poco mientras bates.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16515661074803102\" class=\"direction-step\">En un bol peque\u00f1o o taza mezcla el bicarbonato con el vinagre. Cuando salgan burbujas, agr\u00e9galo a la masa del brownie. Mezcla unos segundos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16515661368383447\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca papel de horno en un molde rectangular para horno (25&#215;10 cm).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16515662255073704\" class=\"direction-step\">Vierte toda la masa al molde y hornea unos 40-45 minutos a 180\u00b0C.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16515663063903977\" class=\"direction-step\">Deja que el brownie se enfrie por completo fuera del horno pero dentro del molde. Deja que se enfr\u00ede por completo, col\u00f3calo en un recipiente con tapa y guarda en la nevera.
