Se usa en ensaladas, para hacer pur\u00e9s (tipo pur\u00e9 de patata) o en cremas de verdura. Pero esta vez me apetec\u00eda probar algo diferente y usarlo en un bizcocho \ud83d\ude42 Despu\u00e9s de varios testeos, el resultado no me puede gustar m\u00e1s. El bizcocho es jugoso, sabroso y lleno de verduras. Sin duda una manera divertida de comer verdura.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Frosting:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El bizcocho no es excesivamente dulce con lo cual el frosting o la covertura tampoco pod\u00eda serlo. Por eso decid\u00ed probar con una covertura con mascarpon, un poco de mantequilla y un toque de vainilla que casa a la perfecci\u00f3n con el bizcocho de rutabaga o nabo sueco.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si estas buscando un postre no demasiado pesado para una comida familiar o una cena con amigos esta te va a gustar. Es f\u00e1cil de hacer, rica y sin duda m\u00e1s de uno se va a sorprender cuando le cuentes los ingredientes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Vamos al lio con la tarta!<\/p>\n<div Coloca las nueces en un molde peque\u00f1o apto para el horno. Tuesta las nueces unos 8-10 minutos (180\u00b0 C). Cuidado que no se quemen. Cuando se enfr\u00eden un poco, p\u00edcalas. Separa 2 cucharadas de las nueces para decorar la tarta. Reservar.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-273\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Bizcocho<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-288\" class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Bol 1<\/strong>: En un bol mediano coloca la rutabaga o nabo sueco rallado, la zanahoria rallada, el pur\u00e9 de manzada y las nueces picadas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-423\" class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Bol 2<\/strong> (ingredientes secos): En otro molde mediado combina los ingredientes secos: la harina, el bicarbonato, la levadura, la sal, la canela y la nuez moscada.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-565\" class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Bol 3<\/strong>: En otro bol m\u00e1s grande bate los huevos con el az\u00facar con la ayuda de una batidora de varillas. Es importante que bates 2-3 minutos, hasta que duplique su volumen. Agrega el aceite, la leche y la vainilla, bate muy bien.<br \/><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-769\" class=\"direction-step\">Incorpora los ingredientes secos y mezcla poco a poco hasta integrar.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-874\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade la verdura y fruta (rutabaga, zanahoria, pur\u00e9 de manzana y nueces).
