Este planto es ideal para una comida r\u00e1pida para usar esas verduras que nos van quedando en la nevera (medio pimiento, media cebolla&#8230; )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personalmente nunca uso las mismas verduras, ya que este plato admite de todo: berza, guisantes dulces, pimiento amarillo, br\u00f3coli, espinacas, ma\u00edz dulce&#8230; Corta la <strong>cebolla, el pimiento rojo, la zanahoria <\/strong>y<strong> los ajos frescos<\/strong> (solo la parte blanca) en tiras. Reserva todo en un plato.<br \/>Corta los <strong>champi\u00f1ones<\/strong> en l\u00e1mina y reserva en otro plato.<br \/>Corta el <strong>pak choi<\/strong> en trocos medianos y res\u00e9rvalos en el plato con los champi\u00f1ones.<br \/>Ahora corta la<strong> parte verde <\/strong>de los <strong>ajos frescos<\/strong> en trozos medianos y reserva junto con los anacardos tostados y ya fr\u00edos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-559\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuece los <strong>noodles<\/strong> (lee instrucciones del fabricante para los tiempos). Cuela el agua y enfr\u00edalos r\u00e1pidamente. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-689\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon un poco de aceite de oliva a calienta en un <strong>wok<\/strong>. Cuando el wok est\u00e9 muy caliente a\u00f1ade la cebolla, el pimiento rojo, zanahoria y ajos frescos. Salt\u00e9alos durante 3 minutos para que se cocinen un poco. A\u00f1ade los champi\u00f1ones y el pak choi y saltea otros 3 minutos. Transfiere todas las verduras a un plato.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-997\" class=\"direction-step\">Calienta \u00bd cucharadita de aceite en el wok y a\u00f1ade los noodles. Saltea y a\u00f1ade toda la verdura previamente salteada y la salsa. Cocina a fuego fuerte removi\u00e9ndolo un par de minutos.
