class=\"direction-step\">Mientras, machaca las semillas de cilantro y comino en un mortero.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-183\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega la mezcla del mortero a la sart\u00e9n y deja que se cocine 30 segundos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-227\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade la carne picada, sal y pimienta y deja que la carne se cocine y dore durante 4 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-300\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el garam masala y el zumo de lim\u00f3n. Mezcla y deja que se cocine a fuego bajo durante 8 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16431126501311078\" class=\"direction-step\">Mientras, separa las hojas de la col, unas 14. Cu\u00e9celas en agua con un poco de sal durante 2-3 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16431127095591651\" class=\"direction-step\">Corta la parte m\u00e1s dura de cada hoja con un cuchillo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16431128174812092\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade 2 cucharadas del relleno y enrolla. Coloca los rollitos en una fuente apta para el horno, que previamente has engrasado con un poco de aceite de oliva o s\u00e9samo.
