Una combinaci\u00f3n sencilla y facil\u00edsima de preparar en la olla lenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Una receta f\u00e1cil y muy b\u00e1sica para cocinar un buen solomillo de cerdo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creo que el solomillo de cerdo en olla lenta y el<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/pollo-asado-en-olla-lenta-receta-basica\/\"> pollo asado en olla lenta<\/a><\/strong> son las recetas de carne que m\u00e1s hago en casa, una para ocasiones especiales y otra m\u00e1s para el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que la carne salga en su punto siempre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yo tengo <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3OCwpKi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">este b\u00e1sico <\/a>que me cost\u00f3 25 euros y va de maravilla. Tanto para asar piezas grandes en el horno como para la barbacoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas son las temperaturas internas del solomillo para que lo puedas ajustar a tus gustos. El solomillo que he usado yo ten\u00eda 350 g. Siguiendo todos los pasos de atemperar la carne (s\u00faper importante), cocina el solomillo durante 35 minutos en LOW (baja) y listo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr cebolla en rodajas, las coles por la mitad y la calabaza en daditos.
