todos los ingredientes excepto el apionabo en un bol mediano, y m\u00e9zclalos muy bien.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-61ae166b66c61\" class=\"direction-step\">Pela el apinabo con un pelador de patatas y col\u00f3calo en la olla lenta. Embadurna el apinado con la salsa que hemos preparado en el bol.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-61ae166b66c62\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca la tapa y deja que se cocine durante 3 horas y 30 minutos en ALTA. Los \u00faltimos 30 minutos recoge la salsa del fondo de la olla lenta con una cuchara y riega el apionabo, unas 2-3 veces.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-61ae166b66c63\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando est\u00e9 cocinado, col\u00f3calo en una tabla y filet\u00e9alo.
