Es muy dulce, delicada y de textura casi aterciopelada, ideal para hacer postres. No me pudo gustar m\u00e1s el resultado de este bizcocho de calabaza y chocolate, sabroso, arom\u00e1tico y sin az\u00facar. A\u00f1ade el az\u00facar o la pasta de d\u00e1tiles si quieres en este paso y mezcla.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-617c1203b7b87\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade la harina, la levadura, la sal, la canela, la nuez moscada y el clavo en polvo. Mezcla muy bien con la batidora.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-617c1203b7b88\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el pur\u00e9 de calabaza y mezcla muy bien.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16355219593085865\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade los trozos de chocolate y mezcla.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16355219688896062\" class=\"direction-step\">Moja un papel de horno con un poco de agua y col\u00f3calo en el recipiente negro de la olla lenta. Si tienes un molde puedes usar un molde pero no hace falta, el recipiente negro nos hace de molde. Vierte la mezcla dentro de la olla lenta.<br \/>Coloca un trapo de cocina limpio debajo de la tapa y ci\u00e9rralo. Esto har\u00e1 que el agua que se condensa no caiga al bizcocho.<br \/>Cocina en ALTA durante 1 hora y 45 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16355220692038155\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando pase este tiempo pincha con un cuchillo para asegurarte que est\u00e1 hecho. Si sale limpio apaga la olla lenta, y si sale sucio cocina otros 20-30 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16355221569459549\" class=\"direction-step\">Saca el recipiente negro de la olla lenta y deja que se enfrie unos 20-30 minutos. Saca el bizcocho del molde negro agarrando el papel de horno por los dos extremos. Coloca el bizcocho en un plato o tabla. Derrite el chocolate extra en el micro y decora el bizcocho.
