Por supuesto que puedes usar harina normal, pero hoy por cambiar te quiero dejar esta opci\u00f3n integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Disfr\u00fatalo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/>Disuelve la levadura en el agua template. A\u00f1\u00e1dela al bol con la harina. A\u00f1ade el aceite, el vino blanco, el huevo y la sal.<br \/><br \/>Si tienes una amasadora como la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.es\/gp\/product\/B06W5KYR22\/ref=as_li_qf_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=rootsandcoo08-21&#038;creative=24630&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;creativeASIN=B06W5KYR22&#038;linkId=60ca510a416a19df6bfbbdf2d174eb0e\" target=\"_blank\">Kenwood<\/a> o similar, disuelve la levadura en el agua templada. Coloca todos los ingredientes en el bol de la amasadora, incluyendo el agua con la levadura. Mezcla a velocidad baja unos 5 minutos hasta que quede una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-724\" class=\"direction-step\">Comienza mezclando con una cuchara y luego con las manos. Pasa la masa a la encimera limpia y amasa con las manos hasta que quede una masa homog\u00e9nea y no se pegue en las manos. Unos 8-10 minutos. Haz una bola con la masa.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-959\" class=\"direction-step\">Espolvorea un poco de harina en al bol y coloca la bola de masa, cubre con un pa\u00f1o limpio y deja reposar unos 30 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1095\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Relleno<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1106\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon a calentar 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio. A\u00f1ade la cebolla, los pimientos y el ajo picado. A\u00f1ade sal y deja que se haga a fuego medio unos 15 minutos hasta que se poche bien.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1335\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade la salsa de tomate y el piment\u00f3n. Mezcla y deja que cocine unos 10 minutos. El relleno tiene que quedar jugoso sin demasiado l\u00edquido. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1499\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\"><\/strong><strong><\/strong><strong>Darle forma a la empanada y hornear<\/strong> (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YATQucbFTgU&#038;ab_channel=RootsandCook\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>ver video d<\/strong>e una empanada similar<\/a><strong>)<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1792\" class=\"direction-step\">Divide la masa en 2 trozos, uno para la base y otro para cubrir.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1857\" class=\"direction-step\">Precalienta el horno a 180\u00baC. Calor arriba y abajo. Coloca papel de horno en una bandeja de hornear.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1958\" class=\"direction-step\">Espolvorea un poco de harina en la encimera y con la ayuda de un rodillo extiende la primera bola de masa, tiene que quedar fina, unos 2-3 mm de grosor.<br \/><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-2115\" class=\"direction-step\">Espolvorea un poco de harina a la l\u00e1mina que acabamos de hacer, y enroscada en el rodillo. Para mi es la manera m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de trasladar a la placa del horno sin que se rompa. Col\u00f3cala en la placa del horno desenroscando con cuidado.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-2347\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca el relleno sobre la l\u00e1mina y deja espacio libre en los bordes para luego poder cerrarla.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-3049\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las sardinas limpias sin espinas y en filetes encima del relleno. A\u00f1ade un poco de sal a cada sardina.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-2443\" class=\"direction-step\">Estira la otra bola de masa para que tenga el mismo tama\u00f1o que la primera, y con el mismo m\u00e9todo col\u00f3cala encima de la otra l\u00e1mina con el relleno. Cierra la empanada haciendo unos pliegues, pellizcos o aplastando con un tenedor.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-2672\" class=\"direction-step\">Bate el huevo y pinta toda la empanada. Con la punta de un cuchillo, haz agujeritos por toda la empanada para que no se infle. Hornea unos 45 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 doradita. Horno con calor arriba y abajo a 180\u00baC.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-2887\" class=\"direction-step\">Deja que la empanada se enfr\u00ede del todo antes de comerla.
