levadura.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-202\" class=\"direction-step\">Comienza mezclado con una cuchara y luego pasa la masa a la encimera limpia.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-279\" class=\"direction-step\">Amasa con las manos unos 8 minutos. Al principio se pegar\u00e1 en las manos pero luego va cogiendo cuerpo y se despegar\u00e1 bien. Agrega un pel\u00edn m\u00e1s de harina si est\u00e1 muy pegajosa.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-454\" class=\"direction-step\">La masa queda muy el\u00e1stica y suave pero no se pega en las manos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-519\" class=\"direction-step\">Lo puedes hacer en una amasadora, amasando todo unos 5 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-591\" class=\"direction-step\">Engrasa el bol con un poco de aceite de oliva, forma una bola con la masa y col\u00f3cala en el bol.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-687\" class=\"direction-step\">Cubre con un pa\u00f1o limpio y coloca en un sitio templado de la cocina para que leve y duplique su volumen. Tardar\u00e1 unas 2 horas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-814\" class=\"direction-step\">Espolvorea la encimera con un poco de harina y vuelca la masa. Aplasta un poco para quitarle el aire y aplana con la ayuda de un rodillo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-952\" class=\"direction-step\">Con la ayuda de un cortador circular o un vaso ancho, corta obleas de unos 6-8 cm. <\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1036\" class=\"direction-step\">Amasa y estira lo que sobra de la masa para hacer m\u00e1s obleas. Saldr\u00e1n unas 8-10 unidades.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1126\" class=\"direction-step\">Ayud\u00e1ndote de un pincel, pinta la parte de arriba de las obleas con un poco de aceite de oliva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1222\" class=\"direction-step\">Dobla la oblea por la mitad, creando una media luna.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1275\" class=\"direction-step\">Apl\u00e1stala un pel\u00edn con el rodillo y col\u00f3cala en un trocito de papel de horno de unos 8 cm.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1366\" class=\"direction-step\">Repite el mismo proceso con todas la obleas y col\u00f3calas en una fuente para que vuelva a levar unos 30-60 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1480\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon agua a calentar en una cazuela donde vas a colocar la vaporera.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1548\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca los baos en la bandeja de la vaporera sin que se toquen unos con otros y dejando sito para que salga el vapor.
