Unos 6-8 minutos o hasta que, al pincharlas con un cuchillo, est\u00e9n blandas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-151\" class=\"direction-step\">Deja que se atemperen y corta cada penca por la mitad.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-206\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca una loncha de queso y una de pavo encima de un trozo de penca y tapa con la otra mitad. Repite con el resto de pencas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-332\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon una sart\u00e9n grande a calentar y a\u00f1ade el aceite y el ajo. El ajo aromatiza el aceite y le dar\u00e1 un toque muy rico a las pencas. Cuando el ajo se dore ret\u00edralo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-496\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las pencas en la sart\u00e9n y deja que se doren por los dos lados a fuego medio-alto.
