A\u00f1ade los anacardos, sal y pimienta. Bate todo muy bien hasta conseguir una salsa cremosa. A\u00f1ade un poco de agua si queda muy espera. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-430\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Lubina y pencas:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-452\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuece las pencas unos 8 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-520\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon una sart\u00e9n antiadherente a calentar con una cucharadita de aceite de oliva, fuego medio-alto.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-619\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade el diente de ajo y restri\u00e9galo por todo el fondo de la sart\u00e9n para que suelte sabor. 1 minuto y retira el ajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-730\" class=\"direction-step\">Agrega las acelgas y deja que se haga 1 minuto por cada lado para que se doren un pel\u00edn.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-819\" class=\"direction-step\">Mientras, coloca un par de cucharadas de salsa vizca\u00edna en el centro de dos platos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-903\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando las pencas est\u00e9n un poco doradas col\u00f3calas encima de la salsa formando una X.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-989\" class=\"direction-step\">En la misma sart\u00e9n vamos a hacer los lomos de lubina. A\u00f1ade un poco de sal a cada lomo y cuando la sart\u00e9n est\u00e9 caliente col\u00f3calos en ella con la piel hacia abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1159\" class=\"direction-step\">Deja que se dore unos 3-4 minutos y dales la vuelta para que se haga por el otro lado unos 3 minutos m\u00e1s. El tiempo depende del grosor de los lomos de modo que vigila que no se pase el pescado.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1352\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca los lomos encima de las pencas en forma de cruz.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1409\" class=\"direction-step\">Opcional: Si le quieres dar un punto extra al plato haz un poco de aceite de perejil simplemente batiendo un poco de perejil con aceite de oliva con la batidora.
