Me gust\u00f3 tanto que hace unos meses me anim\u00e9 a hacerla en casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que m\u00e1s me gusta de cocinar recetas nuevas en casa es que las puedo hacer 100% casera sabiendo qu\u00e9 llevan y ajust\u00e1ndola a mis gustos. Cuando empec\u00e9 a investigar recetas de la sopa saoto me qued\u00e9 asombrada, para mal, ya que TODAS\u00a0 llevaban pastillas concentradas de pollo tipo Avecrem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nunca las he usado y nunca las usar\u00e9. Ya lo he dicho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No me gustan nada las pastillas concentradas <\/strong>ya que llevan much\u00edsima cantidad de sal y no tengo ni idea de los ingredientes que han usado ni de la calidad de las mismas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De modo que decid\u00ed hacer pruebas en casa para hacer un <strong>caldo concentrado de pollo 100% casero <\/strong>y sabiendo lo que lleva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de unas pocas pruebas he dado con la receta perfecta para hacer caldo concentrado casero en la <a href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/que-es-la-olla-lenta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">olla lenta.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s luego usaremos carcasas de pollo en la placa del horno y hornea unos 20 minutos o hasta que se doren bien.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-178\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las carcasas doraditas en la <strong>olla lenta<\/strong> junto con los jugos que han soltado en la placa del horno. A\u00f1ade el resto de ingredientes a la olla lenta (repollo, cebolla\u2026)<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-351\" class=\"direction-step\">Cocina durante<strong> 20 horas en BAJA.<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-384\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuela el caldo y p\u00e1salo a otra olla o un recipiente que puedas cerrar.
