Si no tienes caldo congelado te dejo abajo c\u00f3mo hacer un caldo s\u00faper sencillo con los huesos de la caballa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. La patata<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usa una buena patata para guisar. Lo importante es chascar las patatas para que suelte el almid\u00f3n y engorden un poco el caldo, pero te dejo un truco para engordar el caldo sin necesidad de chascar las patatas. Puedes hacer un refrito con toda la verdura y luego a\u00f1adir la patata y el caldo o meter directamente todo en la olla al igual que con la olla lenta. Cuando el caldo empiece a hervir dejar unos 20-25 minutos a fuego medio bajo (sin que deje de hervir) o hasta que la patata est\u00e9 lista. Apagar el fuego y meter el pescado. id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Caldo:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-11\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca todos los ingredientes en una cazuela. Ponla al fuego y cuando empiece a hervir deja que se cueza todo bien 20 minutos. Si sale espuma la vas quitando con una espumadera o cuchara grande.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-206\" class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Olla lenta:<\/strong> Puedes hacer el caldo de pescado en la olla lenta. 1 hora en ALTA.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-285\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca un colador encima de otra cazuela y cuela el caldo inmediatamente. No dejes las espinas dentro del caldo ya que lo pueden amargar. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-433\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Marmitako:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-447\" class=\"direction-step\">Pela la patata y chasca en trozos medianos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-491\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca todos los ingredientes menos el pescado en la olla lenta: pimiento rojo y verde, cebolla, ajo, patatas, piment\u00f3n, \u00f1ora, tomate, sal, aceite y caldo de pescado.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-658\" class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Cocina en alta (HIGH) durante 3 horas.<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-697\" class=\"direction-step\">Apaga la olla lenta y saca unos 3 trozos de patata a un plato peque\u00f1o. Machaca las patatas con un tenedor y vuelve a incorporar a la olla. Remueve. Esto har\u00e1 que el caldo tome cuerpo y se espese un poco.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-901\" class=\"direction-step\">Corta los lomos de caballa en trozos de unos 2-3 cent\u00edmetros. A\u00f1ade un poco de sal a cada trocito y m\u00e9telo en la olla lenta.
