En el norte de Espa\u00f1a se les llama anchoa al pescado fresco y en otros sitios del pa\u00eds se les llama boquer\u00f3n al pescado fresco, pero es lo mismo. S\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n llamamos anchoas a las anchoas en sal. Estos vascos\u2026 \ud83d\ude09 (dice la vasca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son muy f\u00e1ciles de hacer pero es importante seguir los trucos que te ense\u00f1o en la receta para que los boquerones queden perfectos y sin mucho aceite.
