Adem\u00e1s te propongo dos salsas diferentes para mojarlas. Una salsa picante de chili y otra cl\u00e1sica de soja. Normalmente se cocinan al vapor, cocidas, a la plancha o fritas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La versi\u00f3n que os propongo es la japonesa que se diferencia a la china por su manera de cocinarlas. En esta versi\u00f3n las gyoza se cocinan a la plancha y luego al vapor en la misma sart\u00e9n. De esta manera se consigue una gyoza muy blandita con base crujiente \u00a1una delicia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siguiendo esta receta a m\u00ed me han salido 33 gyozas. He repartido con amigos y con los que me sobraron prepar\u00e9 una sopa de wonton que me encant\u00f3. Como es muy poca cantidad lo he picado a mano. Pero puedes comprar carne picada en tu carnicer\u00eda habitual o mejor a\u00fan elegir un trozo magro del cerdo y pedirle al carnicero que la pique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Obleas de gyoza<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se pueden comprar en la parte de congelados de cualquier supermercado asiatico. Mezcla bien con las manos, como cuando haces alb\u00f3ndigas, hasta que todos los ingredientes se mezclen muy bien.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-183\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca una oblea encima de una superficie limpia.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-234\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade 1 cucharada de relleno en el centro.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-276\" class=\"direction-step\">Moja los bordes con un poco de agua con la ayuda de un dedo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-337\" class=\"direction-step\">Cierra la oblea como en el video de abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-380\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca la gyoza en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico para que no se seque mientras haces el resto.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-470\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">To cook<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-481\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon 1 cucharada de aceite de s\u00e9samo a calentar en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-564\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca unos cuantos gyoza en la sart\u00e9n con el cierre para arriba. No tienen que tocarse entre ellas, de modo que mejor hacer dos tandas si quieres hacer muchos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-725\" class=\"direction-step\">Cocina unos 3 minutos o hasta que la base se dore.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-777\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade \u00bd taza de agua y pon la tapa inmediatamente para que el vapor se quede dentro.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-861\" class=\"direction-step\">Deja que se hagan unos 6-7 minutos o hasta que el agua se evapore. Mientras prepara las salsas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-957\" class=\"direction-step\">Quita la tapa y deja que se hagan un par de minutos m\u00e1s para que la base se quede crujiente.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1050\" class=\"direction-step\">Col\u00f3calos en un plato y sirve con las salsas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1096\" class=\"direction-step\">Opcional: A\u00f1ade un poco de ajo fresco picadito por encima antes de servir.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1172\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Salsa tradicional<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1193\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca todos los ingredientes en un bol peque\u00f1o y mezcla con una cucharilla.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1271\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Aceite de chili<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1290\" class=\"direction-step\">Mezcla los dos ingredientes en un bol.
