Receta con su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lvrbreweries.nl\/shop\/#zipa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Z.IPA.<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al principio pens\u00e9 en hacer una cl\u00e1sica receta de pollo a la cerveza con su IPA que es muy especial. Pero luego pens\u00e9 en crear algo diferente. Despu\u00e9s de mucho testear, tengo la mejor receta de <strong>masa de pizza con cerveza.<\/strong> F\u00e1cil de hacer y riqu\u00edsima para crear vuestra pizza favorita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-cerveza\"><strong>La cerveza.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me gusta usar la IPA ya que le aporta un toque muy especial a la masa pero se puede usar cualquier cerveza rubia o incluso una 0,0. Yo uso la Z.IPA en esta receta. Cubre con film transparente  o con un pa\u00f1o limpio el bol.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-453\" class=\"direction-step\">Deja que la masa suba en un sitio c\u00e1lido durante unas <strong>2 horas o hasta que duplique su volumen. <\/strong>En mi cocina a 21\u00baC ha tardado 2 horas. Si tienes tiempo te recomiento que hagas un fermentado largo en fr\u00edo. Guarda la masa en la nevera unas 48-72 horas. Queda mucha m\u00e1s rica. Luego simplemente saca 2 horas antes de la nevera para que acabe de levar y coger temperatura.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-588\" class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Precalienta el horno a 250\u00baC.<\/strong> Calor arriba y abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-640\" class=\"direction-step\">Aplasta la masa para quitar el aire.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-677\" class=\"direction-step\">Divide la masa en <strong>4 trozos<\/strong> iguales para hacer 4 pizzas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-733\" class=\"direction-step\">Espolvorea con un poco de harina la superficie y forma un disco con cada bola. Yo uso las manos ya que as\u00ed la masa no se desinfla demasiado y luego queda un pan m\u00e1s esponjoso pero puedes usar un rodillo o una botella plana si te es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-976\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca la base de la pizza en la bandeja del horno.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1029\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade tus <em><strong>toppings<\/strong><\/em> favoritos, yo le he puesto: salsa de tomate, mozzarella, pimiento verde, cebolla, aceitunas negras, at\u00fan y or\u00e9gano.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1163\" class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Hornea durante 12-15 minutos<\/strong> o hasta que veas que la masa est\u00e1 doradita y el queso fundido.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1255\" class=\"direction-step\">\u00a1A disfrutar!<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"recipe-card-video no-print\"><h3 class=\"video-title\">Recipe Video<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"recipe-card-notes\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"notes-title\">Notas<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"recipe-card-notes-list\"><li><strong>Congelado<\/strong>: Puedes congelar la masa una vez que la divides en 4 bolas, si te sobran dos por ejemplo, envuelve cada bola en film transparente y al congelador. Cuando las quieras usar, s\u00e1calas del congelador y deja que se descongelen a temperatura ambiente 1 hora antes de estirarla y hacer la pizza.<\/li><li><strong>Harina integral: <\/strong>La he hecho con harina de trigo integral y queda igual de buena. Simplemente a\u00f1ade 20 ml de agua templada a la mezcla. Personalmente incluso m\u00e1s rica que con harina normal.<\/li><li><strong>Levadura<\/strong>: Puedes usar <strong>levadura fresca<\/strong> de panader\u00eda. Necesitar\u00e1s <strong>21 g.<\/strong> NO, la levadura ROYAL de reposter\u00eda no vale.<\/li><li><strong>Levado<\/strong>: En invierno hace m\u00e1s fr\u00edo en las cocinas y las masas tardan m\u00e1s en levarse. Mi truco (de mi hermano) es calentar el horno a 50\u00baC <strong>un par de minutos <\/strong>para que se temple. A\u00f1ade agua muy caliente a un tarro o bol. APAGA el horno y coloca la masa y el tarro con agua caliente dentro del horno. Cierra el horno. Cuando las quieras usar, s\u00e1calas del congelador 24 horas antes y deja que se descongelen en la nevera poco a poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>2. <strong>Harina integral: <\/strong>La he hecho con harina de trigo integral y queda igual de buena. Simplemente a\u00f1ade 20 ml de agua templada a la mezcla. Personalmente incluso m\u00e1s rica que con harina normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>3. <strong>Levadura<\/strong>: Puedes usar <strong>levadura fresca<\/strong> de panader\u00eda. Necesitar\u00e1s <strong>21 g.<\/strong> NO, la levadura ROYAL de reposter\u00eda no vale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>4. <strong>Levado<\/strong>: En invierno hace m\u00e1s fr\u00edo en las cocinas y las masas tardan m\u00e1s en levarse. Mi truco (de mi hermano) es calentar el horno a 50\u00baC <strong>un par de minutos <\/strong>para que se temple. A\u00f1ade agua muy caliente a un tarro o bol. APAGA el horno y coloca la masa y el tarro con agua caliente dentro del horno. Cierra el horno.
