No s\u00e9 si me funcion\u00f3 mucho porque cada a\u00f1o cog\u00eda anginas&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando nos hicimos mayores perdimos la parte de la tradici\u00f3n de ir a misa, pero mantuvimos la de hacer las tortas en casa. Sin duda uno de los dulces que mejores recuerdos me traen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00ed, son una bomba de az\u00facar pero oye, una vez al a\u00f1o\u2026 o cada 4 a\u00f1os\u2026 se disfrutan a\u00fan m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os dejo la receta tradicional con manteca de cerdo, pero las pod\u00e9is hacer con mantequilla harina encima de la encimera limpia y forma un volc\u00e1n.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-122\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade todos los ingredientes en el centro.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-164\" class=\"direction-step\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes colocar todos los ingredientes en un bol.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-221\" class=\"direction-step\">Con la ayuda de las manos mezcla todos los ingredientes del centro del volc\u00e1n e incorpora la harina poco a poco mientras amasas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-350\" class=\"direction-step\">Amasa como la masa del pan hasta que no se pegue en las manos.<img decoding=\"async\" o de tama\u00f1o galleta.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-526\" class=\"direction-step\">Con la ayuda del rodillo forma las tortas. Tienen que tener 1 dedo de grosor. Yo las hago grandes y salen 4 tortas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-571\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las tortas en la bandeja del horno (puedes poner un poco de papel de hornear).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-657\" class=\"direction-step\">Hornear unos 20 minutos. Horno a 180\u00baC calor arriba y abajo.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1611670122696388\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Glaseado<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-728\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando les queden 5 minutos a las tortas haz el glaseado.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-786\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca todos los ingredientes en un bol y bate muy bien con una batidora de varillas, hasta conseguir una crema homog\u00e9nea.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-879\" class=\"direction-step\">Saca las tortas del horno y extiende un poco del glaseado por encima con la ayuda de una leng\u00fceta. Las tortas tienen que estar calientes para poder extender el glaseado y que quede una fina capa por encima.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1071\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca las tortas encima de una rejilla hasta que se enfr\u00eden por completo. \u00a1A disfrutar!<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"recipe-card-notes\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"notes-title\">Notes<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"recipe-card-notes-list\"><li><strong>Conservaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: En un recipiente cerrado fuera de la nevera o simplemente cubiertos con un pa\u00f1o limpio.
