Tambi\u00e9n es una excelente manera de preservar comida durante m\u00e1s tiempo. Este planto sin duda est\u00e1 m\u00e1s rico a los 3-4 d\u00edas. A m\u00ed me encanta con verdel o caballa pero con pollo o conejo tambi\u00e9n queda muy rico. Escribir\u00e9 la receta de pollo o conejo en escabeche aparte ya que se cocina de manera diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es una receta bastante r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil para hacer una ensalada diferente y prepararla para amigos y familiares en alguna comida. Si te gusta el toque a vinagre, sin duda tienes que probar esta receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mejor <strong>\u00e9poca<\/strong> para comer <strong>verdel o caballa<\/strong> es en <strong>oto\u00f1o<\/strong> ya que es cuando m\u00e1s grasa tiene.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo comer<\/strong> este plato:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para m\u00ed la mejor manera de comerlo es poniendo una buena cama de lechuga o brotes verdes y a\u00f1adiendo el verdel en escabeche y las verduras por encima. Usa el aceite del maridado como ali\u00f1o, queda muy rico. Unos 30 segundos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15873900192946149\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca los filetes de verdel en la olla de escabeche uno a uno con la piel hacia abajo. Cubre bien los filetes con el aceite. Pon la tapa a la olla. El pescado se acabar\u00e1 de hacer con el calor del escabeche. De esta manera el pescado quedar\u00e1 muy jugoso.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15873901821147030\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando el escabeche este completamente fr\u00edo, p\u00e1salo a una fuente o tupper grande. M\u00e9telo en la nevera unos 3-4 d\u00edas antes de consumirlo.
