Simplemente una forma diferente y divertida de comer lentejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delicioso y jugoso relleno de lentejas<\/strong>, suaves capas de <strong>berenjena<\/strong> a la plancha y un <strong>pur\u00e9 cremoso de batata <\/strong>como cobertura. de berenjena en un colador y a\u00f1ade bien de sal. D\u00e9jalo en el fregadero para que la berenjena sude. 15 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-130\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuece la patata y la batata en una olla con abundante agua. Unos 15-20 minutos. Pincha para ver si est\u00e1n blanditas. La batata se cuece antes.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-269\" class=\"direction-step\">Mientras, calienta 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n mediana a fuego medio. Sofr\u00ede toda la verdura picada, cebolla, ajo, pimiento y zanahoria (le puedes a\u00f1adir un trozo de calabaza, calabac\u00edn y apio) &#8211; usa la verdura que tienes dando vueltas en la nevera. Cocina unos 10 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-454\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade el vino tinto y deja que se haga a fuego alto unos 2 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-522\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade e; tomate, el agua, las lentejas, la canela, el laurel y el or\u00e9gano. Cocina otros 10 minutos a fuego medio-bajo. Descarta la hoja de laurel y reserva el relleno.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-697\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando las patatas est\u00e9n listas, corta la cocci\u00f3n meti\u00e9ndolas en agua fr\u00eda 1-2 minutos. Pela las patatas inmediatamente.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-818\" class=\"direction-step\">Con las patatas a\u00fan calientes, mach\u00e1calas con la ayuda de un tenedor.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-889\" class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1ade leche, sal, pimienta y nuez moscada. Mezcla todo bien hasta conseguir un pur\u00e9 cremoso. Reserva.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-990\" class=\"direction-step\">Limpia la berenjena debajo del grifo con abundante agua y s\u00e9cala.<br \/>Pon a calentar una cucharada de aceite en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio-alto.<br \/>Pasa por la plancha la berenjena por tandas, 1-2 minutos por cada lado.
