Bizcocho de mantequilla dorada en lugar de pan, salsa estilo <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/rootsandcook.com\/es\/salsa-salmorejo-salsa-basica-fria-de-tomate\/\" target=\"_blank\">salmorejo<\/a>, un buen tomate del huerto y anchoas de calidad. Sin duda, la combinaci\u00f3n perfecta entre dulce y salado para un gran pintxo o aperitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo general, preparo este pintxo con tostadas de un pan normal y es sencillo pero delicioso. Y si adem\u00e1s tienes anchoas de buena calidad este pintxo no necesita mucho m\u00e1s. Esta vez me apetec\u00eda probar algo diferente y le he puesto pound cake (bizcocho de mantequilla) para conseguir ese contraste de dulce y salado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed que, aqu\u00ed ten\u00e9is mi versi\u00f3n de la cl\u00e1sica tosta: <strong>Anchoa con Tomate sobre tosta dulce<\/strong>. Pero si quieres la versi\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica con pan, simplemente usa rodajas de un buen pan y sigue la misma receta. La semana pasada los prepar\u00e9 con mini molletes caseros y la verdad quedaron riqu\u00edsimos.
