Adem\u00e1s si los acompa\u00f1as de kimchi ya son un bocado de 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-se-comen\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se comen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de comer unos pocos mandu el a\u00f1o pasado en Korea, mi forma favorita es sin duda con un poco de Kimchi. No te vuelvas loco, no hace falta que lo hagas en casa, compra un paquete peque\u00f1ito en el supermercado asi\u00e1tico y listo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparas los mandu, la salsa y un poco de kimchi. Mojas el mandu en la salsa y pones un trocito de kimchi encima. Congela todos los mandu que quieres en una bandeja y luego los pasas a una bolsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego simplemente agrega los mandu congelados, al caldo, coc\u00ednalos al vapor o a la plancha. No hace falta descongelarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tiempo de cocci\u00f3n de los mandu congelados es de unos 14 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"directions-title\">Procedimiento<\/h3><ul class=\"directions-list\"><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-0\" class=\"direction-step\">Ponemos agua a hervir en un cazo. Cuando rompa a hervir agregamos los brotes de soja y cocemos durante 3 minutos. Mientras, prepara un bol con agua y hielos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-158\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando pasen los 3 minutos saca los brotes de soja con una espumadera y p\u00e1salos al bol con hielo para cortar la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-280\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Relleno:<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-292\" class=\"direction-step\">En un bol mediano coloca: la carne de cerdo, la parte verde del green onion bien picadito, la soja escurrida, el tofu firme escurrido, el ajo y el jengibre rallados, la salsa de soja, el aceite de s\u00e9semo, la pimienta y el gochugaru. Mezcla bien con una cuchara o con las manos limpias.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-578\" class=\"direction-step\">Con las obleas de dumplings descongeladas, coloca una en la encimera limpia.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-655\" class=\"direction-step\">Coloca 1 cucharadita del relleno en el centro.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-702\" class=\"direction-step\">Pincela todo el borde del la oblea con agua y cierra el mandu de forma que no quede aire dentro.
