durante 3 horas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-569\" class=\"direction-step\">Cuando la verdura est\u00e9 cocinada, saca la verdura en un bol o plato para hacer sitio para el bonito.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-698\" class=\"direction-step\">Sala los lomos de bonito y col\u00f3calos en la olla. Tienes que estar cubiertos por el aceite.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-745\" class=\"direction-step\">Vuelve a incorporar toda la verdura. Tapa la olla y deja que el bonito se haga con el calor residual.
